16. Jacob[4] Vohs (Caspar[3] Vohs, Georg Joseph[2] Voos, Caspar[1] Voos) He was born 1 May 1840 at Oberselters in the Dukedom of Nassau.[62] He was a farmer. In 1865 he was living with William Dawson in Wea. He and Bridget Doherty (Dariety, Daugherty) obtained a marriage license on 6 July 1868 in the probate court of Miami County, Kansas. She was the daughter of Edward Doherty and Catherine (Kathleen) Doherty. She was born about 1850 in Ireland, died 17 October 1875 and is buried in row 10, lot 47 of Wea Cemetery in Wea, Kansas.[63]
