Hugh B. Fullerton


     Hugh B. Fullerton and his twin sister, Ann, were born to Chester B. and
  Marjorie (Bowman) Fullerton, Medicine Lodge. The twins graduated from the 
  local schools.
     Hugh joined the First National Bank after completing his degree in 
  business administration at Kansas University. He becmae president of the
  bank in 1969 and continues in that capacity today. He is also president 
  of the Isabel State Bank, Isabel, Kansas.
     Hugh and Tuitti Bolen of Pratt were married in September, 1972. Tuitti,
  daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles McFarren, had been born in Kinsley, Kansas; 
  she was the widow of Fred Bolen. Hugh and Tuitti reside with their two
  faithful dogs, Rusty and Beau, in a new brick home at 1204 North Walnut.
  Vacation times are often spent at their lakeside home at Hot Springs Villiage,
  Arkansas.
     Both are active members of the United Methodist Church. Hugh has been
  chairman of the Ushers Committee for 15 years. Tuittie is active in United
  Methodist Women and Ope Circle. She is also an active member of Monday
  Afternoon Club, Tuesday Evening Book Club, a birdge club, and the Women's
  Golf Association.
     Hugh has been city treasurer, American Field Service treasurer, is a 
  32nd degree Mason and member of Midian Shrine; he has been active in Jaycees,
  American Red Cross, Chamber of Commerce, and Lions Club. Hugh and his father 
  shared an interest in aeronautics and earned their F.A.A. private flying
  licenses.
     Hugh and Tuitti continue the heritage of a loving concern for family,
  church, and community.
