Russel and I, Rita, were both born in Hardtner, Kansas. We were married
  December 2, 1973.
     Our first home was a mobile home just down the hill from Russel's parents,
  Mr. and Mrs. Robert Graves. We all lived on his Grandmother Agnes Graves farm, 
  two miles north and one mile east of Hardtner. Russel worked for his dad and
  drove the school bus. I worked as a nurse's aide at the Kiowa hospital.
     In November, 1974, Russel went to work for my dad. So, we moved out to my
  parent's, Stewart and Mariaon Cathrae's ranch. It is located about twenty-five
  miles west of Hardtner.
     Our first child was Joshua Luke, born on October 9, 1975, at Alva, Okla. 
  He is three and one half now and loves cattle, tractors, and everything to do
  with the ranch.
     Our second "bundle of joy" was born almost two years later on August 9, 1977
  in Medicine Lodge. Her name is Mariah Elise.
     In October, 1977, my parents sold the ranch to DNB Drilling Inc. They
  moved to Kiowa, and we moved from the mobile home to the house where they lived.
  Russel now manages the ranch for DNB.
