     Z. and son Jon W. Lyman moved to Medicine Lodge.
At the time of their moving Jon was three years old. He attended
primary, intermediate and high school in Medicine Lodge. After graduation
Jon attended two years at Kansas State University and received his BS
degree from Emporia State College in 1968. He worked one year toward his
Master's degree in economics at Wichita State University.
After Jon started kindergarten, Reba worked two years as a telephone
operator in Medicine Lodge. She has been the bookkeeper for Lyman
Brothers for the past thirty years.
In the fall of 1952 Bill began constructing a water well drilling
