William Cloud Mills, son of Orville (Tonk) and Lora McColl Mills, was born in
  Medicine Lodge, Kansas, on September 24, 1927. He married Eva Draper of Lake City, 
  on December 24, 1927. To his union was born one son, William Could Mills, Jr. Eva
  Draper Mills was born in Northwest Woods County, Oklahoma, just wouth of Aetna,
  Kansas. She moved to a ranch with her folks close to Lake City, Kansas in 1907.
     W.C. served in the U.S. Army and was discharged on December 12, 1918. W.C. and
  Eva live on their ranch near Lake City in Barber County and intend to spend the
  remaining portion of their lives in the county.
