Benjamin Mullikin Jr


     I, Benjamin Franklin Mullikin R., the son of Mrs. Edith Trantham and the
  late Benjamin Franklin Mullikin Sr. of Medicine Lodge, was born June 8th, 
  1929 at Medicine Lodge.
     After graduation from Medicine Lodge High School in 1947, I joined the
  Navy in April 1948. My basic training was in San Diego, California after
  which I was stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas where I met my wife, Norma
  Jean Cross, formerly of Coffeyville, Kansas. We were married October 2nd.
  1949 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
     We have three children: James Franklin Mullikin, born February 10th,
  1952, Corpus Christi, Texas; Bonnie Jean Mullikin, born February 1st, 1955,
  Corpus Christi, Texas; and Cynthia Anne Mullikin, born July 12, 1961, 
  Portsmouth, Virginia.
     After serving twenty years in the Navy, we retired in Corpus Christi,
  Texas in December 1967. I am now working for Navy Civil Service.
     James was married December 7th, 1972, to Debra Jean Ashford of Corpus
  Christi, and is working for B.D. Holt Caterpiller. Bonnie is a Pharmacy
  Technician at a local hospital and Cynthia will graduate from W.B. Ray 
  High School, May 31st, 1979.
