Claude Pearson
I (Maxine Adams) was born to Jim and Annie (Kaminska) Adams in April, 1914.
I attended Sun City grade and high school. I graduated from Sun City High
School. I met Claude Pearson of Cullison, Kansas, and we were married in
March of 1935. We lived most of our married life in and around Sun City.
I have been active in the Pentecostal Holiness Church for forty years,
serving in different offices of the church. I am now secretary and treasurer;
I am also pianist at this time.
Claude worked for National Gypsum for thirty years. He passed from this
life November 16, 1974, at age of 65 years. We had no children, but ours
was a happy and fulfilled life, even though we did miss the joy of having
our own family. Our nieces and nephews helped fill the vacancy. We have
enjoyed them all.
