Richard, son of William and Darlene Becker, was born on October 27,
     1961 in Nashville, Kansas.
          Richard has been a citizen of the Isabel community since 1973. He
     graduated from Medicine Lodge in 1980. After he graduated he started in
     a full time position working for his father at Becker Manufacturing.
          In 1985 he married Judy Storkson on August 24, at Avard, Oklahoma.
     Judy's parents are William Charles Storkson, Sr. (deceased) and Jessie
     F. Woods. Judy was born on April 3, 1967 in Farmville, Virginia.
          In 1986 Richard and Judy added to their family by having a baby girl 
     on July 8, 1986. Her name is Ashley Dawn Becker.
          Richard, Judy and Ashley still reside in the Isabel community.
