George Blackwelder was born in Litchfield, Illinois and came to Kansas
     in 1892. He married Ella Swinson in1903. They had four children: Effie, Cecil,
     Florence and Lloyd.
          Effie married M.M. Decker and had two children, Georgia Ruth and Gale.
     Georgia Ruth has six children and Gale two.
          Cecil married Mildred Oneal and has one daughter, Phyllis Jean, who has
     three children. There are six great grandchildren and one great-great grand-
     daughter.
          Florence died when she was sixteen.
          Lloyd married Leona Weber. They have eight children: JOhn, Gregory,
     Douglas, Rodney, Jay, Julie and Joan, who are twons, and Charles.
          George died in 1950 and Ella died in 1960.
