Jerry Corbin, born January 8, 1942 at Anthony, Kansas, son of Kenneth
     and Alta (Keller) Corbin. Jerry and his parents moved to Isabel from Anthony
     in 1943, while his father served in the Army during World War II. He has
     one sister, Anita (Corbin) Poland. Jerry attended the Isabel School from
     first grade to graduation from high school in 1960. He participated in all
     sports while in school. Jerry graduated from Pratt Junior College in 1962 
     and attended Kansas State University as a mathmatics major. While attending
     KSU, he married Iola Shaw, daugther of Owen and Irene Shaw of Sawyer, Kansas.
     After college, they moved to Wichita where Jerry worked for the Boeing
     Aircraft Company and worked there for six years. They had two children, 
     Connie Jo and Carla Kaye. They moved to Pratt, where Jerry went to work for 
     Jones & Co. Later he went to work for The People Bank, where he has been
     employed for the last twelve years. His wife, Iola, is working for Pratt
     Community College. Connie is presently attending Fort Hays State University
     and Carla is attending Pratt High School.
