In September of 1953 a second child was born to Beberly (Inslee) and
Dean Hewitt. Growing up in Isabel was a happy time. With my grandparents
living on the same block and the other kids in town there was usually
someone to play with. How I loved playing with our neighbor, Minnie Hakanson's,
grandchildren in that big house and on the porch. I went to Isabel School for
11 years and graduated from Medicine Lodge in 1971. I attended Pratt Junior
College for one year and then went to business college in Hutchinson. For the
past five years I have been Data Procesing Coordinator for Reno County. In my
free time I enjoy traveling and doing historical research.
