Jennifer Laverentz was born March 13, 1974, at Medicine Lodge, Kansas, the
   only child of Kenneth Laverentz and Rebecca (Ricker) Smith. Paternal grand-
   parents are Dale Laverentz and Marie Laverentz and maternal grandparents are
   Alvin L. Ricker and Ethel M. Ricker.
     She was baptized by Pastor Jeffrey J. Miller at St. John's Lutheran Church,
   Nashville, Kansas, and confirmed by Pastor Burton Betow, St. John's Lutheran
   Church, Nashville, Kansas.
     She attended seven years of grade school at Medicine Lodge, Kansas, completed
   the eighth grade at Zenda, Kansas, and, upon graduating from grade school,
   attended high school at Cunningham, Kansas. During her high school years she
   participated in track, basketball and volleyball and was a cheerleader for
   two years. She also sang in the girl's choir, mixed choir and Main Street
   Singers and played in the band for four years. She graduated from high school
   in 1992.
     At the present time she is enrolled at the Pratt Community Junior College,
   Pratt, Kansas.
     I enjoy my friends and hope the world in the future will be a better place
