Dean Robert Pagenkopf & Eunice (Morisse) Pagenkopf
Dean R. Pagenkopf was born February 23, 1925, at Nashville, Kansas, the
son of Martha (Borgstede) Pagenkopf and Robert A. Pagenkopf. He was baptized
in March 1925 and was confirmed April 24, 1938, in St. John's Lutheran Church.
He has lived all his life in the Nashville area as a farmer and stockman.
He married Eunice Morisse on April 15, 1949. She was the daughter of Julia
(Wehling) Morisse and Julius Morisse. She was born January 23, 1929. Eunice
was baptized in St. John's Lutheran Church March 31, 1929, and confirmed
January 28, 1951. They knew each other all their lives since they were
raised in the same community.
They have three children, Allan Dean, Bradley Gene and Nancy Jo. They were
all pabtized and confirmed in St. John's Lutheran Church. They have seven
grandchildren.
Allan married Teri Stelzer and they have four children, triplets Craig,
Cambry and Clayton and daughter Carly.
Bradley married Deborah Mehl and they have two daughters, Kelby and Tara.
Both Allan and Brad live in Pratt, Kansas.
Nancy is married to Ken Killion and they have one son, Chris. They live
in Garden City, Kansas.
Dean has farmed most of his life. Our son Bradley is now farming with him
in the summer. Dean has been treasurer of the church for about twenty years.
Eunice has taught Sunday School and been active in the Dorcas Society for
many years.
