LaVera, the eldest daughter of George and Amanda (Hensiek) Westerman, was
   born at Nashville, Kansas, November 21, 1931. Richard Milton Vogts was born
   September 23, 1928.
     Baptism, confirmation and  marriage were at St. John's Lutheran Church,
   Nashville.
     March 25, 1945, was confirmation with the Rev. O. Mueller as pastor. The
   confirmation hymn was "Jesus Savior Pilot Me."
     On May 27, 1956, the Rev. H. Seyfert married Richard and LaVera. They
   farm, raise hogs and feed cattle. LaVera has worked for Sterling Press
   now at McPherson for the past fifteen years.
     Jeffrey, our eldest son, was born August 15, 1958. Jeffrey, Connie, Dana,
   Angie and Jennifer live at Sublette, Kansas.
     Kelly was born March 20, 1961. Kelly, Laura, Adam and Abby live in 
   McPherson.
     Verlin, who was born November 21, 1963, and Milton, who was born July 20,
   1966, live at home.
     They are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Canton, Kansas.
