Barry and his family moved from Kentucky to Woodbine in 1983 where they 
  bought a house in 1984. Barry was born in Cook County, Florida to Glenn and
  Jean Brasch. He grew up in Wisconsin with two brothers and two sisters. He
  graduated from high school in 1957. He joined the Army where he served twenty
  two years. He is a Vietnam veteran and retired from the army in 1980. He works
  in Fort Riley. His Wife Erika was born in Coburg, West Germany to Paul and
  Lina Karius. She grew up with three brothers and two sisters. She is a homemaker
  and likes to do crafts. Michael, their son, was born in Coburg, Germany in
  1975. He goes to school in Hope, Kansas. Peter, our son, is in the Air Force
  stationed in Germany right now. The Brasch family has made Woodbine their home.
