Charles Brussow, the son of Otis (Sonny) and Estelle Brussow, was reared
  oon the farm north of Woodbine. He attended grade school in Woodbine, graduated
  from Chapman High School, and Kansas State University. Charles was an outstanding
  musician. He played the trumpet and earned first chair in both the high school
  and college bands.
       Charles married Ann Musil, also a graduate of KSU. Both Ann and Charles
  taught school several years. Charles is now a discount store manager. He was
  manager of stores in Hutchinson, Kansas and Dalhart, Texas before going to
  Fremont, Nebraska, where the family now resides. Ann worked for a number of
  years for social services. Charles and Ann have one daughter, Jennifer Ann.
