Rev. Robert Graf was born in Waterloo, Iowa. He is a graduate of Wartburg
  College, Waverly, Iowa, Seminary, Wartburg Seminary, Dubuque, Iowa.
       Rev. Graf was the pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Woodbine, Kansas
  September 11, 1960 to December 16, 1986.
       Rev. Graf plans to retire in Woodbine.
