Wendell Leon Gunter, son of Milton and Margaret Gunter, was born February 6, 1939.
  He married Joann Gray of Concordia July 16, 1972. They have two children, a son David
  Lyle, born April 26, 1974 and daughter Jaime Lynn, born November 17, 1976. Wendell
  and Joann moved on to the Gunter farm in July, 1972. Wendell farms and does carpenter
  work.
