Rhienhart H. Volkman, son of William Volkman, was born March 3, 1870. He married Mary
  Hill, who was born in 1874 and died in 1898. They were the parents of: Arthur W. Volkman and
  Ella Volkman Hiebert. He then married Rosalin Carylon February 5, 1900. Rosalin was born 
  February 12, 1878 in Cornwall, England. She came to the United States at age 9 and came to 
  Woodbine at age 18 to be with her sister. Rosalin died June 14, 1942. They were the parents 
  of: Edna Volkman Moore, Wesley, Harold and William.
       "Rhiney" as all knew him, was associated with farming, a livery stable, and a filling
  station in Woodbine.
