William E. Volkman, son of Rhienhart H. Volkman and Rosalin Volkman, was born
  September 2, 1912 and died July 11, 1982. His wife is Anna Faye. They had two
  children: a son James, born August 23, 1945 who lives in Eugene, Oregon, and a
  daughter Judity, born October 23, 1940 who lives in Wichita.
