The Nemaha County District Court is the repository for naturalization records for Nemaha County, Kansas. The records are located in the second floor area of the district court offices. The earliest record is a delcaration of intention for Andrew Hays dated 25 May 1858. The most recent record found was dated 21 Jan 1946. These records have been microfilmed by the LDS. In addition to Family History Libraries, this microfilm is available at the Kansas Center for Historical Research in Topeka, Kansas.
