Apple Fritters

Beat 2 eggs light with pint sweet milk. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2
cups sifted flour, 1 pint peeled and sliced apples. 

Beat hard.

Drop by spoonfuls in hot fat, drain, and dredge with powdered sugar.
