MNAOCIMOWUN KAONUPIE'UK-O ME'TO.
Gospel According to Matthew

CE'PTU XXIV. Chapter 24.
CISUS cI kisakum kiw cImaci shi kcInume'okumkok; nicI e'knomowacIn, okipie'naskakon e'wiwaptukot e'shcI kate'nuk i kcI nume'okumuk. 1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
24:2 Cisus cI otI okinan, kuwaptanawa nI caye'k notI? We'we'nI kItInum, Co wi nkot sIn kwucie'kwan kte'snon, caye'k kniswe'pnukate'ton. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
24:3 Ka cipitupIt shi e'pkotnianuk Anipik, e'knomowacIn cI kimoc okipie'naskakon, otI cI okikon, WitmoshInak tapicI otI ike'nomkuk? ipi E'ni cI ke'shu kInwa sapmnakwuk pic wipian? ipi i washu kInwasapmnakwuk pic wishkwakiwuk? 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
24:4 Cisus cI okinkwe'twan, otI okinan akwamsuk sI owIiI nInI e'wipwawie'shmukwie'k. 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
24:5 Cumane'k sI ntunoswunuk ke'pie' shiacuk otI kukItwuk, Nin su Knayst; icI mce'sh ke'cowie'shmat. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
24:6 Ipi Knotanawa i mikatwunun, ipi ianmukumukuk, i mikatwunIn, ikwamsuk kcI e'wipwa mkoshkate'ntume'k iwsI caye'k notI ke'showe'puk, icI wi e'wishkwuakiwuk; comshI pie'mkIsnon. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
24:7 Kupsukwik cI papukan e'shumcuk ke'cI mikatwat, ipi papukan okumawunIn, ipi kukicupikIte'kiwun ipi kukicI iakwnoke'kiwun, ipi knanImshke' onukmuk nkoci kI. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
24:8 IwsI caye'k notI we'cmacimkuk mkoshkate'ntumwunIn. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
24:9 IwcI pic ke'cipkItnukoie'k, shi watshI kwtukukoie'k, ipi kInsukom, ipi kshike'nmukwak caye'k e'tsoshumocuk nin ke'o te'nmukoie'k ntInoswunuk. 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
24:10 IwcI pic mce'sh kInshke'ntik, ipi kawie'shtik, ipi onukumuk kIshI shi ke'ntik. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
24:11 Ipi kumane'k ke'psukwicuk nakanacimokascuk mce'sh cI okawie'shmawan. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
24:12 McI showe'psowun cI osam e'mane'k mce'sh cI tpantowun kItkIsnunI. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
24:13 WincI pIne' ke'iakwamsIt oie'o ke'ke'skonIt, 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
24:14 Ipi otI okumauwun mnoacmowIn ke'iacIkate' caye'k shotI kik, ke'kI kukInwa te'ntumwat caye'k e'tso shumocuk, icI ke'cI piamkuk e'wishkwakiwuk. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
24:15 Pic cI wapmie'k ki shake'ntakwse'cuk ke'pnactocuk, kashInikanacimot nakanacimot Te'niunIn, ni pwowat shi e'tshe'mno shIcke'wat (we'kwe'ntuk ke'waptumkwe'n shiw msInukInuk uocma okInsItan,) 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
24:16 IcI ki ke'ie'cuk Cwtie'uk, nocma knInshumwuk, shi e'cI pkotnianuk. 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
24:17 Winke' o kwItIpuk e'iIt co kupie'nisasisi e'wiwtapnuk ke'ko shi wikwamuk. 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
24:18 Winke' o ktIkanuk ke'iIt cocupie'kiwe'si e'wiwtapnuk otikwame'iIn. 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
24:19 Kukokwansuksik ki ke'ncukwcuk, ipi ki ke'nonaosocuk, shi niw e'kishkiwuk. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
24:20 Numak e'wi pwapomkuk pic oshumie'k nainIta ke' e'wipwa nume'kishkuk. 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
24:21 IwcI pic ke'cu kcI ianmukiwuk, cowikakinomkIsnon e'kowe'pkiwuk, otI pic coke' minI i knomkIsnon. 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
24:22 KishpIn sI notI e'kishkiwuk pke'ci shIckate'k, co wIiI pe'matsIt kuke'skonasi; kiw cie'k we'we'napcukascuk, e'kishkiwuk ke'ocI, pke'ciw shItok. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
24:23 KishpIn sI wIiI nInI otIkoie'k, PInI otukw‘shI Knayst, Tanake' ako, ke'ko tpwe'twake'k. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24:24 Kupsukwik kwshI nIsh Knayst ke'shInkatsocIk, ipi nakanacimokascuk, ipi kuwaptuukowak kawimataonokie'k e'wimamkate'ntakwsIwat, kishpIn cI kshkItowat nike' otawie'shmawan ni kaowe'napcIkasnIncIn. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
24:25 PInI kisha sI kowitmonum. 25 Behold, I have told you before.
24:26 KipIn cI wIiI otukoie'k, PInI, ipI sI iuwak na, wiukwan, ke'ko ipI shiake'k, PInI kimoc iawak shi wikwamuk ke'ko wi te'pwe'twake'k. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
24:27 Ke'cwa pwawasmok e'wcipiamkuk we'cmokuk, ipi e'wawase'shkuk nash ipI we'cpkIshmok, iw sI ke'nomkuk pic piat We'kwIsmukot NInwun. 27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:28 E'ciiukwe'n ne'pot, wiio’w, shiw ce'ci maoce'tiwat ki knowuk. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
24:29 Kie'nup cI kikishianmukiwuk, ni kishkiwunIn, kisIs ke'o kukisupkoniawapmnakwsI; ipi tpuk kisIs co kawawase'shkmake'si, ipi ki nukok shpumuk kaotukocnok, ipi nishke'e'osawunIn ipI shpumuk kInukshke'non. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
24:30 IcI pic ke'cinakwte'nuk otI kinwaciawun o We'kwIsmukot NInwun shiw shpumuk, iwcI ke'ki caye'k e'tsoshumowat, shotI kik kukitImake'nmok, ipi kowapmawan, ni We'kwIsmImcIn NInwun pie'tnIsnIt ankwotok, shi shpumuk, okupie'iIn cI okIshkIe'wsowun, ipi okcImnowankoswun. 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
24:31 IcI ke'cI pie'mace'nashkawat omIshInIwe'mIn kupie' kcI notakwtonawa i notakwcIkIn, icI ke'cI maotonawat, win kawe'napmacIn e'nkokwak otI kI. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
24:32 Mpe' wi kuke'ntumok iaiacimowIn i cIsiwnokamIsh, pic saknumkwicIn shiw otukwasuk, ipi sakpuksicIn kukuke'ntanawa shiI ci kiukwan e'mnokumuk. 32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
24:33 IwsI kinwa pic waptme'k caye'k notI kukne'tmok e'cikiukwanwuk shishkwate'muk. 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
24:34 We'we'nI KtInum; Cowi kumacisik kotI pe'matse'cuk, pama caye'k notI kitpIsak. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
24:35 Kishuk ipi cI, kupinaca, otIie'k ntuktowun co kupnacasnon. 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
24:36 Pic i e'kishkiwuk, ipi tupukIn, co wIiI okuke'ntusin, nInI mocki co mIshInwe'k ipI shpumuk mtIno ie'k Nos. 36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
24:37 Ka nomkItInuk Noe', okishkomIn, i sI ke'win nasap, ke'nomkItInuk piat o We'kwIsmukot NInwun. 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:38 Iw e'shkishkiwuk e'pwamshumoshkuk kiwisnik, ipi kimnukwe'k, kiwiwtik ipi kimamintik e'wi wiwtowat, nash i e'kishkuk, Noe' e'kiposIt shi napkwanuk. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
24:39 Co cI okike'ntusinawa nash e'moshkInuk kapiamkItInuk icI caye'k e'ki we'pokwat, iwsI nasap ke'nomkItInuk pic piat o We'kwIsmukot NInwun. 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:40 Iw cI pic nish ke'ik ktukanuk nkot cI kaotapna, ocI nkot kInkIna. 40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
24:41 Nish kwe'k kupispotaswuk, shi potakunuk, nkot cI kaotapna, ocI nkot kInkIna. 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
24:42 Kawapuk cI co ku ke'ntusinawa i tpukIn, pic ke'piat o Te'pe'nmukwie'k. 42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
24:43 Kuke'ntumok cI otI, KishpIn nInI te'pe'ntuk wikwam kuke'ntuk pic ke'mockIncIn wipianIt, otakawapman coke' otakine'ntusin ie'tat e'wipikw ukate'nuk. 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
24:44 TInicI oshInwiksuke' kinwa, e'pwamshI shIte'aie'k kupie'wak We'kwIsmukot NInwun. 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
24:45 We'ni cI iakwamsIt, ipi ne'pwakat pmitaka kaokmaoukot ni te'pe'nmukocIn shi e'tat e'wiminat wisnuwun mno opi? 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
24:46 KIshuwe'ntakwsI su o pmitaka, pic pianIt ni te'pe'nmukwocIn mkumakot i shIcke't. 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
24:47 We'we'nI sI otI KtInum, okItIpIntumokon caye'k i otupunowe'wsowun. 47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
24:48 KishpIn ke' o me'iashuwe'psIt pmitaka, ote'‘ik cI otI kitot, Te'pe'nmIt kcukinowe'sh e'pwamshupiat. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
24:49 IcI ke'cI we'pwe'potwat wic pmitakaiIn, ipi witopmat, ipi mnukwe't, ni kawshkwe'pie'ncIn. 49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
24:50 Te'pe'nmukwocIn o pmitaka kupie'n e'kishkiwnunuk, e'pwam shI ntawapme't pic ke' i tpukInuk e'pwamshI pame'nmat. 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
24:51 Okukishkokon cI, ipi okupukinukon e'ciInIt ni e'nume'kasnIncIn, shi cI ke'tne'te'mok ipi ke'tnwe'iapte'shnuk. 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
